Press the second time, the equipment accelerates to the "set linear speed"; Start the equipment and reverse the operation. Press once to start the equipment and maintain the tension. Switch the traction pressing roller to off state or on state; The system will give an alarm and stop automatically when the equipment is started when the traction pressing roller is not switched to the depressed state or when the traction pressing roller is switched off when the equipment is started.

When operating the equipment, prepare the unwinding material and the rewinding paper core, confirm the running direction, press the traction pressing roller, press the forward or reverse running button, the equipment starts and maintains the tension, press the running button again, and the equipment will automatically accelerate to the set linear speed, or press the accelerating button to accelerate manually. When preparing to stop slowly and maintain the tension, press the stop button once, and the equipment will decelerate to zero according to the deceleration time, If you want to stop the machine quickly, press the stop button twice, and the machine will decelerate quickly and stop the motor. When preparing samples for inspection and carrying out inspection one by one, switch the "single point inspection" mode switch. When the equipment is running forward and finds the secondary point position, quickly press the checkpoint button. The equipment alarms and automatically decelerates. When it reaches zero speed, it reverses to the secondary point position and stops completely.

When preparing the inspection machine and collecting multiple inspection points for centralized inspection, switch the "multi-point inspection" mode switch. When the equipment is running forward, it finds the position of the inspection point and quickly presses the inspection point button. The equipment alarms for 3 seconds and continues to operate. When preparing for inspection after collecting a certain inspection point, the equipment slows down and stops first. When it reaches zero, it switches to the reverse state, and then the equipment automatically reverses to the last secondary point and stops, When the search button is pressed again after the current checkpoint is processed, the equipment will automatically reverse the operation to find the next checkpoint position and shut down, and so on until all checkpoints are found; If you press the stop button twice to stop quickly or switch the inspection mode, all stored checkpoints will be automatically abandoned.

During the maintenance of the inspection machine, regularly check whether the belt is loose and worn, refuel the guide rail to prevent rust, refuel the bearing to prevent rust, and whether the oil in the hydraulic station is used up. Clean the electrical appliances once a year.
